Pre-order your Holiday Feast for pickup from Bashful Bandit Barbecue. Choose a pickup time Christmas Eve Day between 10:30 a.m. - and 2:00 p.m.!
The bandit pitmasters will be waking up early on the 24th and smoking turkeys and briskets, listening to Iron Maiden, drinking eggnog, making meatloaf, wishing we stayed in bed, smoking crack pies, and generally having a pretty good time:)

Christmas Eve Meats
Smoked Whole Turkey (10 lb) (Sold out) - $100 Pitmasters are smoking this 14lb Turkey (10 lb finish weight) using local mesquite and pecan woods. Finished with Butter. Feeds around 8 people.
Rack of Beef Dino Ribs (3.5 lb) - $125 3 Rib Rack of Dino Beef Ribs - Seasoned like a brisket, smoked 6 hours with Mesquite and Pecan.
Smoked Meatloaf (4lb) - $70 We grind brisket and mix it with diced vegies (onions, carrots, celery), a secret sauces and seasoning. Smoked 3 hours and topped with a little bbq sauce glaze.
Rack of Pork Ribs - $45 Full Rack of Full Pork Spare Ribs - smoked 7 hours using local mesquite. About 12 bones per rack. Feeds about 3
Whole Smoked Brisket (7-8 lbs) - $215 Smoked 12 hours using local pecan and mesquite. Each bite has a the perfect amount of smoke and our signature bark. Unsliced. Served warm in butcher paper. Feeds around 10 - 15 people.
Whole Smoked Brisket (Cold) (7-8 lbs) $200 Feeds around 10 - 15 people. Served cold - Vacuum sealed with reheating instructions.
Christmas Eve Sides & Extras
4 Quarts of Dill Potato Salad - $56. House-made potato salad with celery, eggs, mayo, mustard (a little), and lots of fresh dill. Yum. In carryout bowl (Serves 20 - 26).
4 Quarts of Sunflower Crunch Salad - $56. Vinegar based coleslaw with a few sweet dried cranberries and a delicious topping of ramen, sunflower seeds and toasted almonds. In carryout bowl (dressing and crunch on side). (Serve 20 - 26)
3 Quarts of Mac-N-Cheese - $42 Creamy Mac-N-Cheese. What else is there to say? (serves 15-18). Served cold with reheating instructions.
Pint of BBQ Sauce - $10. Your choice of our House BBQ Sauce, Spicy Vinegar, Mole BBQ Sauce, or our OG Sweet BBQ Sauce.
